(4) If the processing is based on your consent - you may withdraw it at any time by informing us, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing previously carried out.
(5) You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Authority.
Personal data included in email correspondence:
1. processing is carried out for the purpose of pursuing the legitimate interests of the controller - i.e. maintaining email correspondence, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the DPA.
2 The following data will be processed: e-mail address, name and any other data you provide to us in e-mail correspondence.
(3) Data may be stored on an external mail server. They may also be accessed by external IT companies, in terms of servicing and providing IT software and hardware. Apart from this, the data will not be disclosed (made available) to other entities, except as provided for in the applicable legislation.
4 Data will not be transferred to third countries or international organisations.
(5) Data will be retained for a period of 10 years - due to applicable tax legislation and limitation periods.
Personal data contained in invoices and other accounting documents:
1 The processing is carried out in order to comply with the administrator's legal obligations (keeping of accounting records) and to pursue the administrator's legitimate interests (possible investigation or protection against claims), pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) and (f) of the RODO.
(2) The following data shall be processed: the name and address of the seller and purchaser, VAT identification numbers, the signatory, if any, and other data to be included on invoices and other accounting documents.
(3) The controller may entrust the processing of your data to external accounting firms and law firms. They may also be accessed by external IT companies, in terms of servicing and supplying IT software and hardware, and by postal and courier companies, in the case of sending correspondence. Your data, in the case of payment processing, will be transferred to banks. As for the rest, your data will not be disclosed (made available) to other entities, except as provided for by applicable legislation.
4 Data will not be transferred to third countries or international organisations.
(5) Data will be retained for a period of 10 years - due to applicable tax legislation and limitation periods.
6 Data is obtained from you and from public registers (CEIDG, KRS).
Personal data included in recruitment processes (CVs, cover letters):
1 The processing is based on consent, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO.
(2) Provision of data is voluntary, not required by any legislation, but refusal to provide data will prevent participation in the recruitment process.
3 The data you provide in your application are processed.
(4) Data may be accessed by external IT companies for the servicing and provision of IT software and hardware. Apart from this, data will not be disclosed (made available) to other entities, except as provided for in the applicable legislation.
5 Data will not be transferred to third countries or international organisations.
6 Data will be kept during the recruitment process and up to six months afterwards, unless the candidate withdraws the consent given for data processing.
Personal data collected in the operation of video surveillance:
1. processing is carried out for the purpose of pursuing the legitimate interests of the administrator - i.e. to ensure the safety of employees and the protection of the employer's property, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, in accordance with Article 222 of the Labour Code.
2 The following data shall be processed: the image of persons in the area under surveillance.
(3) Data may be disclosed to the relevant services in the event of registration of a crime or damage to property. Apart from this, data will not be disclosed (made available) to other entities, except as provided for in the applicable legislation.
4 Data will not be transferred to third countries or international organisations.
(5) Data will be stored for a period of 3 months. Where the image recordings constitute evidence in the proceedings or the employer becomes aware that they may constitute evidence in the proceedings, the aforementioned period shall be extended until the proceedings have reached their final conclusion.
