carried out a project entitled „"LIMITATION NEGATIVE IMPACT FACTORS ENVIRONMENTS WORKS NA STAFF PARTICIPATING W PROCESS WORK" by installing a filter ventilation system, as part of which the production hall was equipped with a push-pull spatial filter ventilation system and a warm air recovery system for the extraction of dry and non-oil pollutants.
The project received funding from the Social Security Fund under the project. "Project on maintaining employees' work capacity throughout their working life".

HENMAR CABINS Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. implements the project entitled. "Implementation at HENMAR CABINS Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. a new technology for the production of specialised vehicle cab components" co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, Operational Programme Intelligent Development 2014-2020, Sub-measure 3.2.2: Credit for technological innovation.
The aim of the project is to implement an innovative technology for manufacturing doors for forklift truck cabs and other specialised vehicles - including the method of joining the load-bearing frame and sheet metal jacket structures.
As a result, the production of improved products will be launched, which are completely devoid of the melting that occurs when structures are joined using the traditional method.
Thanks to the use of the solutions contained in the patent-pending invention and the realisation of construction works and the acquisition of fixed assets, the Beneficiary will implement the technology by combining all the purchased and constructed equipment and elements into a single production line.

Eligible expenditure: PLN 10 442 185,78
Grant value: 3 654 765.02 PLN

HENMAR CABINS sp. z o. o. sp. k. as a result of the project entitled "Implementation at HENMAR CABINS Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. a new technology for the production of specialised vehicle cabin elements" co-financed by the European Union under the European Regional Development Fund, Operational Programme Intelligent Development 2014-2020, Sub-measure 3.2.2 Credit for technological innovation, has introduced improved products in the form of structural elements of technical vehicles, such as forklift, loader, and specialised vehicle cabin doors.
The investment included the construction of a new production hall with warehousing and staff facilities and the extension of the existing paint shop, as well as the purchase of fixed assets enabling the introduction of a new technology for manufacturing doors, which are structural elements of the cabins for forklift trucks, loaders and other specialist vehicles manufactured by HENMAR CABINS sp. z o.o. sp. k.
The project consisted in the implementation of a proprietary technology, independently developed by HENMAR CABINS Sp. z o.o. as part of its research and development work, for manufacturing doors for forklift truck cabins and other specialised vehicles, including the method of joining structural elements of these doors.
The market effect of the project is new products from HENMAR CABINS sp. z o.o. sp. k., i.e. doors for forklift truck cabins and other specialist vehicles, and above all an increase in innovation and competitiveness on the domestic and international markets thanks to the effective use of R&D expenditure incurred.

In connection with the planned implementation by Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno - Handlowe "HENMAR" Spółka Jawna - Henryk Stawowy, Maria Stawowa, Michał Stawowy (hereinafter referred to as: the Ordering Party) a project under sub-measure 1.5.2 'Strengthening the competitiveness of key areas of the region's economy' of the Wielkopolska Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020 with the working title 'Increasing the competitiveness of P.P.H. HENMAR Sp. J. through an investment in Koźmin Wlkp. consisting in the implementation of an innovative powder coating method and the purchase of a plotter for the production of cabin equipment elements and vacuum forming models" (hereafter referred to as the Project), we request a quotation for the following contract item:
–purchase of a four-axis machining centre (plotter) including delivery, installation and commissioning
